Holding Hands

In general public displays of affection between genders are discouraged here. People tend to bow rather than shake hands or hug. But what’s fun to see is how people of the same gender are close, physically.

I walked for a block or so behind these two elderly men that were holding hands as they crossed the street and walked and joked. It warmed my heart.  I saw similar trends in Ghana. Is it only North America where men don’t hold hands?
