I wished I had a swimmer’s body
Then I got in the water
About the poem:
I’ve recently been thinking, oh, I would love to have a swimmer’s body! (I’m not talking about a boyfriend now, but, hmm… interesting idea!) It suddenly struck me that if I swim, I do have a swimmer’s body, so there is nothing to wait for. And that by swimming, maybe I will improve my muscle tone. Duh!
Dude, how many things do we wish for and wait for to magically happen, that we could just enjoy instantly and or achieve steadily just by ‘diving in’!
Today it’s rainy so I tried the pool. Lovely!
