Poem: Mama, You’re All I Need To Know

The blue of the sky
The white of the snow
The green of the fields
Is all I need to know

But when I look away
And start chasing machines of gray
I feel lost and unsteady
But there you are
Mama, you’re ready
You’re all I need to know

About the poem
I watched the DVD Trudell today. I was struck by the eloquence of John Trudell. He spoke about how mother earth is our touchpoint and our living foundation of life, and when we forget that, we are doomed to commit one mistake after another in our judgment and our actions. History and current times documents this thoroughly.
